WHERE CAN I GO TO BOOK TRAINING?

ALL BOOKINGS CAN BE ACCESSED ON OUR BOOKING PAGE.

IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO DO AFTER I BOOK?

IF YOU ARE A NEW CLIENT, YOU MUST FILL OUT OUR WAIVER FORM PRIOR TO THE BOOKING START DATE. WITHOUT A SIGNED WAIVER, YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE. 

WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD BRING?

WATER + SNACKS. PLEASE NO BASKETBALLS, WE HAVE PLENTY.

WHAT AMENITIES DOES THE WAREHOUSE HAVE?

AS THE WAREHOUSE IS A TEMPORARY LOCATION, AMENITIES ARE SLIM. THE WAREHOUSE IS OPEN AIR. WE DO NOT HAVE HVAC, SO PLEASE DRESS ACCORDINGLY. BATHROOMS ON-SITE. OUR NEW FACILITY, THE BLOCK, WILL BE OPEN IN 2022! FOR MORE INFORMATION ON THE BLOCK, PLEASE FOLLOW THE LINK BELOW.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I DROP OFF MY CHILD AND PICK HIM UP?

NO EARLIER THAN 15 MINUTES BEFORE AND 15 MINUTES AFTER.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION AND/OR REFUND POLICY?

CANCELLATION: 48 HOURS PRIOR TO EVENT FOR FULL REFUND.

RESCHEDULING: 30 DAYS TO RESCHEDULE OR THE CREDIT IS LOST. THERE IS A $15 RESCHEDULING FEE CHARGED EACH TIME - VENMO ONLY. PLEASE PROVIDE NAME/EMAIL/PHONE NUMBER IN THE VENMO NOTE AND WE WILL RESPOND WITH WHAT DATES WE HAVE AVAILABLE.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD MY CHILD TRAIN?

IF YOU ARE DEDICATED TO YOUR CHILD'S TRAINING AND ARE CURIOUS ABOUT HOW OFTEN THEY SHOULD TRAIN, WE CAN PROVIDE YOU WITH A TRAINING PACKAGE. SIMPLY SCHEDULE A PRIVATE TRAINING SESSION WITH COACH HORNE. ALL INITIAL SESSIONS INCLUDE A CHILD EVALUATION (TO DETERMINE THEIR EXPERIENCE LEVEL). A PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST BE PRESENT FOR THIS SESSION, SO PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
