Tryout Dates Have Changed. Cuts may be made and invitations may be sent after day 1. FEB 15 AT CHARLESTON DAY SCHOOL FEB 22 AT MOULTRIE MIDDLE SCHOOL What is Dynamic Academy? Dynamic Academy is made up of a select group of 20-24 players per grade. It is an 8-week, highly competitive program dedicated to building high-character, highly-skilled, and intelligent basketball players. The program will run from Feb 22 until April 12th. Typical Week in Dynamic Academy Monday: 1v1 Night @ Town Hall Individual Skill Development (25 minutes) Weekly Shooting Challenges (25 minutes) 1v1 Game Play (30 minutes) Put your skills to the test in live 1v1 action and tournaments! Wednesday: 3v3 Night @ Town Hall Individual skill development (25 minutes) Learn advanced actions and sharpen decision making (25 minutes) Play live 3v3 Games (30 minutes) Friday Nights/Saturdays: Game Day Game Day will consist of 3 different options throughout the season: 1) 5v5 games amongst other Academy members 2) 5v5 games against outside teams 3) 3v3 tournaments Games will be located at various gyms downtown or in Mt Pleasant Fees: $750 Includes all Dynamic Academy sessions Dynamic Bag Dynamic Shirt Use of Uniforms What comes after Dynamic Academy? Travel Season(s) Members of the Academy have first right of refusal to our travel teams. It is a separate offering from Dynamic Academy and you may choose to not participate. Teams will be split into 2 teams based on player performance in the Academy. Teams will have 2 practices per week and play in 3-4 tournaments in May/early June. A more detailed travel season schedule can be expected later in February. Summer offerings have not yet been finalized. We are projecting another "Travel Season" with 3-4 tournaments for those wanting to play in July/early August.
