Wesley Horne is a former NBA and NCAA coach, shooting instructor and creator of TruRep, a patented wearable technology that helps athletes build repeatable shooting mechanics. He has worked with the Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Clippers, and Philadelphia 76ers as a player development coach, shooting instructor and lead NBA statistical analyst—blending skill development with film, data, and biomechanics to drive real performance gains.
Coach Horne’s approach to player development is rooted in precision, analytics, and repeatable excellence. He blends biomechanics, film study, and data-driven evaluation to remove guesswork and help players train with purpose. This philosophy led to the creation of TruRep, a performance technology designed to measure shooting mechanics, reinforce efficient movement patterns, and reduce unnecessary stress on the body. By emphasizing efficiency, accountability, and intelligent workload, Coach Horne helps players maximize performance while extending longevity at every level of the game.
Mentored by legendary NBA innovator Harvey Pollack, Coach Horne brings rare perspective from the NBA, NCAA, NJCAA, and high school levels, having coached and developed players at every stage of the game.
