Service Description
Small group basketball development led by Coach Wesley Horne. Training is designed to build skills, read and react instincts, court spacing and the ability to adapt to competitive game situations.

Cancellation Policy
Dynamic Sports Team Terms, Cancellation & Refund Policy Registration reserves the athlete’s place in the selected Dynamic Sports Team program. Program dates, schedules, fees and payment terms are provided at registration. Programs are held at the TruRep Sports Lab unless otherwise stated. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds Payments are nonrefundable except as required by law or approved by Dynamic Sports Team. Schedule conflicts, withdrawal, missed sessions or changes in availability do not cancel or reduce payment obligations. All cancellation and refund rights required by South Carolina law apply, including applicable rights under the South Carolina Physical Fitness Services Act. Attendance & Makeups Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds, credits or payment extensions. Makeups may be offered based on availability but are not guaranteed. Registration may not be transferred or shared. Program Changes Dynamic Sports Team may modify schedules, groups, instructors, session times or program operations when necessary. Cancelled sessions may be rescheduled or replaced. Facility, Safety & Conduct Participants and guests must follow Dynamic Sports Team and TruRep Sports Lab rules, safety requirements and staff instructions. Facility areas and equipment may be used only as authorized. Parents or guardians must disclose injuries, medical conditions, allergies or limitations affecting safe participation. Dynamic Sports Team may restrict participation when necessary for safety. Unsafe, disruptive, abusive or destructive conduct may result in removal or termination without refund except as required by law. Participants or their guardians may be responsible for damage caused by intentional misconduct or misuse. Dynamic Sports Team and TruRep Sports Lab are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property except as required by law. Assumption of Risk Basketball and athletic training involve inherent risks of injury. Participation requires acceptance of the Dynamic Sports Team Participation Agreement, Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver, which applies to Dynamic Sports Team activities at the TruRep Sports Lab. South Carolina law controls where applicable. Any provision that cannot legally be enforced or waived will not affect the enforceability of the remaining terms.
