TruRep Membership Terms, Cancellation and Refund Policy

TruRep Membership is a four month commitment. The fee is $375 per month for four payments, totaling $1,500. Registration reserves the athlete’s place for the full membership period. Membership does not renew automatically.

Membership includes one weekly small group training session, five Saturday Competition Sessions, TruRep technology, performance and nutrition education, seasonal gear and one monthly makeup opportunity, based on availability.

Cancellation Rights
​
The purchaser may cancel without penalty within three business days after completing the registration. Requests must be submitted in writing to TruRep LLC. Any refund due will be provided as required by South Carolina law.

Membership may also be cancelled when allowed by South Carolina law, including death, physical disability, permanent relocation, facility closure or a major reduction in services. Supporting documents may be required.

After the three business day cancellation period, payments are nonrefundable unless required by law or approved in writing by TruRep LLC.
Leaving early, schedule conflicts, joining another program, changes in availability or missed sessions do not end the four month payment commitment. Early cancellation may be approved if another athlete fills the open position. Approval is not guaranteed.

Attendance and Makeups
​
One makeup opportunity is available each month, based on availability. Missed sessions do not reduce, pause or extend payments. Missed Competition Sessions, education sessions or other benefits are not eligible for refunds, credits or replacement sessions. Unused makeups do not carry over.
Membership is for the registered athlete only and may not be transferred or shared. TruRep LLC may make reasonable changes to schedules, groups, instructors or program operations when needed.

Parents or guardians must disclose any injury, medical condition, allergy or physical limitation that may affect safe participation. TruRep LLC may limit participation when needed for safety.
​
TruRep LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items, except when required by law.
Registration requires acceptance of the TruRep Participation Agreement, Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver. Nothing in this policy limits any rights provided by South Carolina law.
